Topic: From the appellate perspective, Judge Stroud will talk to us about how to draft good Orders which have all the elements required by law to be upheld on appeal and to avoid problems in future enforcement or modification motions.  After her presentation, we will enjoy lunch and a panel including our own local judges, Sean P. Smith and Christy T. Mann, our own Tate Sterrett who together, along with Judge Stroud, will discuss writing good orders, both as a result of consent of the parties and after a trial/hearing. Bring your questions as there will also be time for Q&A!
