The Honorable Paul M. Newby, North Carolina Supreme Court, will retell the story of his involvement with the “sting” operation for the return of North Carolina’s original copy of the Bill of Rights while he was an Assistant United States Attorney. His presentation will focus of the legal and ethical issues involved with the case.
