This annual CLE will provides a rare “behind the scenes” look at the North Carolina Business Court, the State’s specialized forum for complex business litigation. The CLE is tailored to meet the needs of both experienced Business Court litigators and general practitioners evaluating whether the Business Court is the right forum for litigating their cases. The views and opinions are not necessarily those of the 26th Judicial District Bar.
