Mecklenburg County Bar
An attorney or partner shows all the signs of alcohol or drug abuse – missed workdays and appointments, decreased attention to details, constant irritability, lies to cover up mistakes. What is the responsibility of the other attorneys or partners to confront the substance abuser and support a program of treatment? What help is available to others who must deal with this problem? This class will give attorneys tools to use when substance abuse shows up in the workplace.
Presenter: Larry Snider, Executive Director of Anuvia & Former Deputy Police Chief of the Charlotte Police Dept. The views and opinions are not necessarily those of the 26th Judicial District Bar.
