For many attorneys, Involuntary Commitments are a nebulous and confusing area of law. In addition, clients and family members of individuals that have been committed are left trying to navigate a scary situation. Jeremy B. Smith has recently had to navigate this process, with a very close family member. He and Mr. Botts will give both legal and practical opinions of Involuntary Commitments, with the opportunity for questions, about this difficult area of the law.
