Many cases are won, or lost, based on which party makes the most compelling argument for, or against, coverage. This seminar will explore the principles of “logic” and “language” in the interpretation of an insurance contact and offer a five-step process that will improve the odds of winning a coverage dispute without having to turn to the courts for resolution.
