These are strange and challenging times, with many attorneys having already shifted to working from home for the remainder of 2020. Adjusting to working from home long-term may not be easy, but there are some small things we can do to prioritize self-care and set healthy boundaries around an at-home work environment. The holidays add to the already stressful nature of our jobs, which will probably be compounded in this year’s most unusual holiday season. No reason to get all Grinchy – let’s spend an hour together and learn how to face the challenges the 2020 holiday season with equanimity, reimagining working from home as a gift!

It is important to take a multi-faceted approach to stress management, including exercise and proper nutrition. With less time in the car, there is more time for exercise and sleep. Successful stress management will have a direct, positive impact on your overall mental and physical health. During this presentation, you will learn the direct correlation between exercise and stress relief, mood enhancement, and overall improved quality of life. This presentation will provide the skills necessary to incorporate exercise and proper nutrition into your daily life, all while working from home!

In challenging times, we have a choice in how we handle the obstacles. With the right boundaries, tools, and intentions, we can take a level-headed approach to this new normal. This CLE will focus on ways to live our best, healthiest lives while working from home.
