Part 1: Covering the substantive and procedural law of summary ejectment, expedited evictions, rules of construction, equitable defenses in private and subsidized housing, implied warranty of habitability, self-help eviction, liens on personal property, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and fair housing act considerations.
