Summary

MCB is pleased to present this seminar immediately following the Dispute Resolution Commission’s Conflict Resolution Week and to include a presentation by Tara Kozlowski, Executive Director. This seminar builds on the 2019 program and addressees the availability and use of Dispute Resolution resources and guidance for how to handle tough situations faced by certified mediators. All experts will explore ethical dilemmas that certified mediators face in their practices.
