Join Isaac Sturgill of Legal Aid of North for a discussion of recent changes in federal and state law including the CARES Act (including the federal 120-day eviction moratorium), hotel evictions, Governor Cooper’s 21-day eviction and utility shut off moratorium, and Chief Justice Beasley’s orders affecting eviction court proceedings.
