These include often missed or misunderstood nuances of the North Carolina Rules of Professional Conduct, North Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, state and federal “Local Rules”, North Carolina Rules of Evidence, Federal Rules of Evidence, and opinions from North Carolina Courts and beyond.
