Mecklenburg County Bar Honors Local Attorney

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Mecklenburg County Bar (MCB) named Michael J. Greene of Goodman, Carr, Laughrun, Levine, Murray & Greene the 2010 MCB Lawyer Referral Service Panel Member of the Year.  

The MCB Lawyer Referral Service is a public service project of the Mecklenburg County Bar and its panel of qualified lawyers.  The MCB Lawyer Referral Service matches people who need a lawyer with an experienced attorney licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

The MCB Lawyer Referral Service Panel Member of the Year honors a lawyer panel member who has shown continued support and commitment to the MCB Lawyer Referral Service and its clients.  Mr. Greene has been a member of the Lawyer Referral Service Panel for seven years and has greatly contributed to the financial well-being of the service.

"Mike always works hard to represent his clients whether rich or poor," said David Strickland, chair of the MCB Lawyer Referral Service Committee.  "I know that clients appreciate the personal attention he seems to give each and every client. He is one of the best and brightest in the Mecklenburg County Bar."
