Pro Hac Vice Registration - Out-of-state lawyers are now required to register with NCSB and pay fee. On March 2, 2006, the North Carolina Supreme Court approved amendments to the Rules of the North Carolina State Bar requiring lawyers who are admitted to practice before state courts or administrative agencies pursuant to G.S. 84-4.1 to register with the State Bar.
