Downloading Instructions
These instructions will enable you to save forms to your computer for future use. We recommend that you first save downloaded forms either as templates or as master documents in a Forms folder or directory on your hard drive to keep them seperate from client files. You can fill these forms out using Microsoft Word and, using "Save As" function, save a completed document for a particular client or matter in the appropriate folder or directory on your computer.

It is important that you carefully read the following instructions before using the Local Court Forms.
Instructions for Downloading and Using Forms
This section contains a linked list of current Local Court Forms. Clicking on a link will download that form to your computer. The forms are in Microsoft Word 97 Format. If you do not have Microsoft Word 97 or Word 2000, you can download the MS Word Viewer here. This free application will allow users of Windows 95/98/NT to view Word 97 and Word 2000 documents.
To download a form:
1.   Click on the form that you wish to use.
2.   Depending on your web browser, the form will either open in MS Word (or the Word viewer) within your web browser window or the form will open in MS Word in a seperate window.
3.   In either case, when the document appears, click on "File" and "Save As" before attempting to use the form.
4.   Save the form to your hard drive (e.g., "C" drive) and be sure to remember the name of the form and where you saved it.
To use a form:
1.   From MS Word, open the form you downloaded to your hard drive.
2.   The blanks on the forms were created with the underscore character on the keyboard (except the grant application form). In order to maintain the appearance and formatting of the forms, highlight the full length of each blank before typing in the appropriate entry for that blank.
3.   Be sure to underline your entries. Highlight the entry you just made and click the underline button on your toolbar or use the underline function in the "Font" selection on the "Format" menu.
4.   If you would like to save the filled out form to a client folder or directory, be sure to use the "Save As" function and save the file under a different name to prevent over writing the master copy of the form.
