Section Registration Form

Section membership is available for attorneys only. Attorneys are encouraged to join one or more Sections according to their areas of practice and interest.

Note: Section Membership fees are as follows:

$35.00 for non-members
$25.00 for Mecklenburg County Bar members
$10.00 for Assistant District Attorneys and Assistant Public Defenders
joining the Criminal Justice Section
$10.00 for Young Lawyers Division Section
Fees for judges are waived

Fees are per section per fiscal year (July 1 through June 30) and are not pro-rated.

Yearly membership fees entitle Section members to:

Customized Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs and an annual one-time $10 per Section MCB/CLE discount good for the Section sponsored CLE seminar.
A non-adversarial, educational and social environment in which to meet other Bar members in your practice area.
Participation in Bar activities that directly affect you!
Establishment of programs & services designed by you to meet your practice needs.
