Please describe why you would be the best candidate for the open judicial position:
My 23 years of experience as a practicing attorney make me far and away the most experienced candidate in my race. The depth and breadth of my areas of practice make me eminently qualified to deal with any situation that comes before me on the District Court bench.
I believe strongly in improving the efficiency with which the court system operates and I have made this a central theme of my campaign. Simple steps such as having the judge on the bench when court starts would make a huge impact on improving the administration of justice in Mecklenburg County.
I believe that all litigants that appear before me as judge are entitled to be treated with fairness and respect. The same rules will apply to both sides in any case that comes before me in court.
