CONCLUSION
The Mecklenburg County Bar is blessed with strong and insightful staff and volunteer leaders. The nexus of where the bar has come from, where it finds itself, and what opportunities lie ahead provide a unique opportunity for delineation and discovery.
With its governing, administrative and staff houses in such fine order, the MCB can tackle the most difficult questions organizations confront as they look toward the future - "What do we want to look like?" and "How do we get there?"
