A draft of the Local Rules of Practice in Criminal Courts for Mecklenburg County have been proposed and may be downloaded here.

 

We are offering the rules for review and ask that comments and clarifications be submitted within 10 days (5:00 p.m. on 12-10-12) for consideration in amending or correcting the same.
