The Pro Bono for Nonprofits program provides pro bono legal assistance to charitable organizations by assigning attorneys to serve specific business law needs of those organizations. Business lawyers volunteer to address issues of corporate organization and governance, tax-exemption, contracting, real estate closing, financing, acquisition and other routine transactions for charitable organizations.
