MCB Young Lawyers Division -- Get Involved!YLD on Facebook

The MCB Young Lawyers Division promotes collegiality among young lawyers through professional and social activities, serves the citizens of Mecklenburg County through community service projects and facilitates young lawyers' involvement in the Mecklenburg County Bar.  The YLD help its members build and maintain the camaraderie we have all come to expect and appreciate from practicing in Mecklenburg County.

The MCB YLD is open to all lawyers who are either 36 years of age or under or are within their first three years of practice.  Annual YLD membership dues are $20.  Log in to your MCB account to join today.

Free First Year of YLD Membership for New Admittees

Beginning in the fall of 2013, each newly-admitted lawyer in Mecklenburg County who is eligible for membership in the MCB Young Lawyers Division will be granted FREE membership in the YLD throughout the fiscal year in which he or she is sworn-in. On March 28, 2013 the MCB Board of Directors voted to approve this initiative, and we are thrilled to share the news with the MCB membership.
