I am the best qualified candidate for the following reasons:
1.) Experience: Over 30 years in private law practice, including daily district court appearances;
2.) Knowledge: Extensive district court practice, including all areas of civil, criminal and family law;
3.) Fairness: Established reputation as fair-minded and ethical in pursuing the interests of justice;
4.) Professionalism: Demonstrated respect, courtesy and civility throughout years of courtroom appearances.

Mission Statement: As district court judge I will strive to promote the interests of the legal community through my many years of practice in the Mecklenburg County District and Superior Courts, my legal knowledge and skills acquired throughout those years, and my profound belief that fairness, civility and professionalism should reign supreme at all times in the courtroom, with all litigants receiving their fair day in court and being treated with utmost respect and courtesy.
