Bench, Bar and Community Subcommittee

The Bench, Bar and Community Subcommittee of the Special Committee on Diversity focuses on educating MCB and community members about opportunities in the legal profession for minorities and women. The established MCB diversity pipeline provides programming opportunities to community constituencies of varying demographics. From eighth grade students to practicing attorneys the pipeline seeks to recruit and retain minority attorneys to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg legal community.
