This annual CLE will provides a rare “behind the curtains” look at the North Carolina Business Court, the State’s specialized forum for complex civil litigation.  The CLE is tailored to meet the needs of both experienced Business Court litigators (“frequent flyers”) and general practitioners evaluating whether the Business Court is the right forum for litigating their cases.
