Join your colleagues for a fun afternoon of CLE and networking at the NoDa Brewing Company.  Ryan T. Smith will begin by presenting on DWI and open container laws.  Next, Russell W. Fergusson will talk about zoning requirements for breweries, the new Eating, Drinking and Entertainment Establishment rules, and basic State Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and Federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade (TTB) licensing requirements.  Finally, Christian H. Staples will close the program with an update of the new growler fill law and an overview of alcohol distribution laws.
