Program & Speakers:

This program will explore many of the legal issues surrounding development of the new Uptown baseball stadium.  Topics to be covered will include negotiation and drafting of the key developmental agreements, the public-private "land swap" utilized to establish the stadium site and the issues, strategies and outcomes associated with the various lawsuits filed in connection with the stadium's development. Question and Answer session will be included.
