There's a shift happening in the way we practice law.  Clients want attorneys who take the time to really listen to them and offer creative solutions.  As attorneys, we want to have fulfilling days in which we are helping our clients move forward with their lives in positive ways.  If you went to law school to help people, but have found that the focus is now on making money and racking up billable hours, or you're just trying to juggle a schedule that requires you to be available 24/7, then this CLE is for you.  During this three-hour program we'll focus on:

·         How to communicate effectively and avoid fear-based language with clients by incorporating principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Nonviolent Communication

·         Ways to promote a holistic law practice and achieve a work-life balance by fostering positive relationships with your clients

·         How to put into practice results-oriented agreements with clients, businesses and other lawyers
