The Criminal Justice Section would like to welcome you to join us for a presentation on the Justice Reinvestment Act by John Rubin, Albert Coates Professor of Public Law and Government at the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Government.  Professor Rubin will be discussing some of the common legal issues and problems that have arisen so far because of the implementation of the Act with regards to criminal sentencing and probation.  Lunch will not be provided, however we encourage all participants to bring food into the office.
