In the spring of 2012, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina formed a committee to review and consider revisions to its Local Bankruptcy Rules.  The final version of the Local Bankruptcy Rules will go into effect in the first quarter of 2013, and this CLE features a panel of committee members who will discuss the major substantive and procedural revisions in the following categories:  Chapter 13, Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Litigation.
