8:00 am - 9:00 am: Drafting & Corporate Governance:  This session will explore the practice of drafting organic corporate documents & maintaining appropriate corporate governance in an effort to avoid and/or mitigate business divorce occurrences & related issues.

10:30 am - 12:30 pm: Litigating a Business Divorce: This session will examine the law as it relates to accounting, receivership, involuntary redemption, withdrawal & dissolution of a Corporate or Limited Liability Company including judicial dissolution.  It will also explore what occurs when business divorce becomes an integral part of domestic divorce and other domestic related issues

1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Valuation & Receivership: This session will examine the business valuation process & the limitations frequently placed on the valuator, moving through the assumptions often made in a valuation & the pitfalls associated with those assumptions.  This course will provide meaningful insight about challenging the report & when an expert is warranted.
