o    Authenticity challenges and liking social media collection

§  Social Media Ethics & Tips

o    Ethics

§  Friending through false pretenses

§  Cases in which judges and attorneys have faced ethical violations for posting material on Facebook (e.g. An attorney posting that the judge is an evil, unfair, witch)
