Program & Speakers:

This 2.5 hour session will focus on the national and local history of, and current laws and trends pertaining to, Child Welfare and Delinquency Court.  Stakeholders from the Bench, Youth & Family Services, Guardian Ad Litem, Council for Children's Rights, State and Department of Juvenile Justice will be on hand to discuss local rules.
