9:30 - 12:30 p.m. (3.0 General) – Part 1: Covering the substantive and procedural law of summary ejectment, expedited evictions, rules of construction, equitable defenses in private and subsidized housing, implied warranty of habitability, self-help eviction, liens on personal property, unfair and deceptive trade practices and fair housing act considerations.  The program will include new developments in pertinent state and federal laws.


12:30 p.m. - 1 p.m. (Lunch Provided Onsite)


1 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. (1.0 Ethics) – Part 2: Ethical issues in drafting leases, demands, negotiation and representation.
