Resilience is a newly updated program on what it takes to survive adversity and start over in anything, whether in the legal profession or personal life. In a program that will make you think and laugh, Jim Blackburn will discuss in details about climbing to the top, falling to the very bottom, and how he learned to come back.
Over the Rainbow is a one-hour study of mental health and depression in a way that will provide an upbeat but realistic analysis of the illness. Studies show that one in five people will suffer from depression at some point in their lives, so why not learn how to help yourself or someone who is suffering. Come and learn how depression can affect you but also how you can beat it!
(1.0 Mental Health/Substance Abuse)
